Oliver and Lisa play the parts of Gus and Etta in a flashback type sequence. Gus sends for Gladis, his bride to be, but instead receives her friend Etta. Etta and Gus marry, build a successful farm, have seven children, then lose everything to a flood. The children move to the city to build a life for themselves, and Gus and Etta start over, including having another fifteen children.   THE PICTURES Gus and Etta make some purchases from a peddler     TRIVIA Several of Gus and Etta's children's names were Gus, Jr., Herbert, Eunice, Clyde, Gomer, Mildred, and Duncan.
